starting with the end in mind helps you motivate your self to reach to the end.Think about the result of the end.all that hard work you did will pay of at the end..you have a goal a place or thing that you want to achive so just think about how good you will feel when you reach it and be the best of you.begin with the end in mind because if you dont do it you will be at the same place but with less time.make it happen dont say ill do it later,i wish i had this or that just do it.

instead of saying i cant with out trying it first,try it look first then see if you cant don it.
